Order, payment and delivery info

Order
Order can be made within these 2 phases:
Phase 1: 2 - 7 Aug 2010
Phase 2: 9 - 14 Aug 2010

1. The order form is provided as a guideline. Please email us for order form.
2. Choose your favorite cookies and specify no. of container that you want.
3. The price will be auto-calculated for you. It’s that easy!
4. You can place your order by phone / sms / email

1. Please call and talk to us directly

--> By sms
1. Please type [customer name], [cookies name]_[container quantity], [delivery method], [delivery point]

Examples:

Fixed delivery
miasara, nastar keju_2, fixed, Carrefour Subang Jaya

Flexible delivery
miasara, nastar keju_2, fruit delight_2, flexible, tbd

2. We will call you back to confirm order

1. Please attach the order form in your email
2. Use the following subject title: Hanni Cookies Order 2010
3. We will reply to your email to confirm order

Payment
1. Once order is confirmed, please bank-in to us 50% deposit of the total purchase (Bank account no. will be given to you together with order confirmation).
2. Please contact us once deposit payment is made. We will contact you back for payment acknowledgement.
3. Remaining 50% of the payment needs to be done during the delivery/pick up in cash.

Delivery / Pick up
There are two option for delivery / pick up:

Fixed delivery / pick up (FOC)
1. To be scheduled during weekends:
Phase 1: TBD (probably either 21 - 22 Aug 2010 or 28 - 29 Aug 2010)
Phase 2: TBD (a week after Phase 1 delivery)

2. Selected delivery / pick up points:
Carrefour Subang Jaya
Subang Parade
Giant Hypermarket Kelana Jaya
Tesco Shah Alam
The Curve Mutiara Damansara

Flexible delivery / pick up
1. We are willing to discuss any other possible delivery / pick up arrangements
2. Depending on location and availability of preferred delivery dates
3. Area covered is within Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Damansara and Puchong
3. May require additional delivery charges, RM10 - RM25

Raya cookies 2010!

Hi readers,

The blog has been in hiatus mode for 2 months already.

Just a few updates:

1. Hanni Cookies business resumes this year, for the year 2010!
2. We have slightly a month before Puasa / Ramadhan starts.
3. Some people has already started doing early preparations for Raya (well, it's not that early anymore considering we are now nearing the month of Syaaban..)
4. We have about 2 months before approaching 1st Syawal!

Bawal Exclusive: Stock 02 currently in stock

It has been a long hiatus, on this blog it is. Luckily, there are some requests coming from interested individuals / potential customers.

As per Iza's request, I've uploaded pics of the tudungs currently in stock.

Bawal Exclusive: Stock 02 is available

I have a few colors for Stock 02 with me now, but I just don't have the time to take pics of the tudungs and upload them here.

It's definitely in my to-do list - to take pics and upload.

For the meantime, anyone interested could just email or sms me for queries.

Note: I already delivered 2 tudungs from Stock 02 to a customer in Perlis (This is her second time purchase. She also purchased some from Stock 01 before). Alhamdulillah, those tudungs are really as per her request. Customer's happiness is seller's happiness. :)

Bawal Exclusive: Color request for Stock 02

I plan to get second stock of the tudung. Due to customers queries, they want to request for specific colors.

Therefore, I'm now open for color request to be made from anyone interested. Just let me know what color you want, I'll try to look for it.

Color requests made so far:

1. Kak Saidah
light yellow / light chocolate

2. Jue
orange / light peach / red
